Roatan is home to some of the best fly fishing in the Caribbean. With the help of our experienced guides you can fly fish for Permit, Bonefish, Jacks and Tarpon in turtle grass and sandy bottoms. The best months for fly fishing in Roatan is March- June. Your guide will help you cast wading in the water or out of a flats boat. The guides will take you to some great spots on the North side of the island in the mangroves or on the far south east on a flats boat. Permits range in size from 8 lbs to 25 lbs and range in school of up to 40lbs while bone fish range from 7-10 lbs and travel in schools of about 6. Feel free to bring your own gear or we use sage reels and minnow, biters and crab flys to catch bonefish and permit. Make your week in Roatan a dream fly fishing vacation!
