Go on a private guided snorkel tour of West Bay beach with a guide who has been snorkeling this reef his whole life. The coral reef infront of Tabyana beach and West Bay beach is renowned for its beautiful colors and abundance of tropical fish. Your english speaking gude will take you to 2 snorkel sites, one at the shallow drop off where the reef drops off about 30 ft. Here you typically see large schools of tangs, red snappers, angel fish, yellow tails and lionfish.Your guide will take you to all the best spots and point out interesting creatures you may miss. From there your guide will take you to the abyss, the reef wall where the reef drops off 80 ft. Roatan has 120 ft visibility so on most days you can see all the way down to the bottom.  The drop off is known for having turtles, groupers, baracuda, sting rays and eagle rays. From there enjoy some sun on West Bay´s perfect white sand beach. Not seeing the reef wall drop off is like visiting Egypt and not visiting the Pyramids, it is a must in Roatan!
